No — as long as we have access to your lawn, you don’t need to be home. Just make sure gates are unlocked.
How long does it take?
Most residential lawns take 60–90 minutes. We block 1.5 hours per appointment to make sure we never feel rushed.
When will I see results?
You’ll notice improvement within 2–4 weeks as grass thickens up. Overseeding results are visible in 10–14 days under good conditions.
What if it rains on my appointment day?
Light rain is actually fine — aeration works well in moist soil. We’ll contact you if conditions require rescheduling.
Can I add overseeding or fertilizer after I book?
Yes — just call or text us at (250) 488-3149 before your appointment and we’ll update your booking.
